Train Your Kitty Just Like The Pros!     Here are just a few of the tips that'll have your cat performing commands in no time!   As you know, cats are very independent so be patient and consistent to get best results.   Cats love attention. Praise them often for a solid foundation in training.   Begin training around kitty's mealtime. When your cat starts to eat, click the Kitty Klicker twice. The click means "reward". Do this for about one week.   Walk away from kitty, say the command "come", then click the Kitty Klicker twice. When kitty comes to you, click the Kitty Klicker again. Praise kitty with a reward at once.     All it takes is 5 to 10 minutes a day to train your cat to perform feats such as this:     To train kitty to jump from one place to another, use two end tables, or a couple of chairs.   Have chairs about two feet apart. Have kitty sit in one of the chairs and you in the other.   Repeat the command "jump". When kitty jumps, click the Kitty Klicker twice, reward at once.     Use Kitty Klicker to curb undesirable behavior using such techniques as:

Cat clawing furniture ,drapes, screens, etc. - let's stop that now!     Make or buy a scratch post. Your cat needs a place to claw.     When cat starts to claw at unwanted location , say "NO !!!" Try not to mention the cat's name in the same sentence as "no", as in "no, Precious!" He or she might make an association with their own name and bad behavior.     Take kitty to "scratch post". Klick the Kitty Klicker twice, reward with treat. This takes time so be patient. Kitty will learn that clawing the post means reward.
